Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Please note: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped, as they are with our courier partners and cannot be intercepted.

7-Day Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the item for a hassle-free refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

·Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

·The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2.Provide Details
Let us know the reason for your return. For faulty or incorrect items, please include photos or a video to help us assist you quickly.

3.Receive a Return Authorization
We will process your request within 48 hours and provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please note: Simply rejecting the delivery of a package is not a reliable return method and may result in a lost package. You must contact us first for guidance.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

Returns due to our error (wrong, faulty, or defective items): We will cover the cost of return shipping and process a full refund or exchange.

Returns for other reasons (change of mind, pet doesn't like it, doesn't fit): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the product price (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–20 business days, depending on your bank.
